First Innovation Lab Cohort Completed! 

Reimagine Retail and FSG’s Talent Rewire Initiative kicked off its inaugural Innovation Lab on April 30th and May 1st in Chicago. The Innovation Lab is designed to support HR, Operations, and CSR leaders to articulate the business case for investing in increasingly diverse talent pools. This nine-month long experience is a low-cost, low-risk opportunity to engage with other mid – to-large-sized retail employers with a presence in Chicago to address your most pressing talent issues and get results. Chicago Lab participants included CVS Health, Dealer Inspire/, East Bank Club, Five Guys, Fleet Feet, Hospitality Butlers, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises,  and SMASHotels.
